Ziel ist wie gesagt so mögliche Störquellen zu entfernen und damit zu identifizieren und daher würde ich bei der GPU auch nichts halbgares machen, sondern sie komplett einmal ausbauen.
Beim RAM kann man Testweise einfach nur mal jeweils den einen als auch den anderen Riegel separat testen.
Im Endeffekt schließt man erst Software aus, indem man Clean ein Windows installiert und danach steckt man Hardware nach und nach ab, um dort Fehler zu finden.
Bios ist Up2Date und keine Beta Geschichte drauf?

The above thread suggeston is what worked for me. I rolled the Realtek LAN driver back to .72 and now everything is running optimal af.

Probably the dumbest fix I've ever implemented but I had nothing to lose. Will continue testing later with gaming mode, 3D enhancement mode, and EXPO.

For posterity testing sake, I turned everything back on in BIOS this morning and I'm living my best life at 300+ FPS in Ghosts. Big shoutout to communities still having forums helping us resolve issues on new hardware. Glad this solution worked for you too! Played all day today with 0 issues. Dort ist der Realtek Treiber wohl das Problem?!
